  • NexoLoad — a zero-install load testing platform for performance and stress testing of web applications and APIs
  • Consulting and professional services for federal and commercial clients
  • CI/CD pipeline integration and test automation services
  • Software quality assurance and validation services

Trial licenses for NexoLoad are provided subject to additional license terms communicated upon activation.

3. Use of the Site

5. Trial Licenses and Software

Trial licenses for NexoLoad software are provided for evaluation purposes only. By requesting a trial license, you agree that:

  • The software is provided "as-is" for evaluation and non-production use during the trial period
  • You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • You will not use the software to conduct unauthorized testing against third-party systems
  • License keys are non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties
  • We reserve the right to revoke trial licenses at our discretion

6. Federal and Government Use

BJNexora Solutions provides services to federal, state, and local government agencies. Use of NexoLoad or related services within government information systems must comply with applicable federal regulations including FISMA, FedRAMP requirements, and agency-specific ATO (Authority to Operate) policies. Customers are responsible for obtaining any required authorizations prior to deployment.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS SITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BJNEXORA SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
